Initially, I was planning to buy out my lease from Levittown Ford, but unfortunately, Brad the salesperson there, inflated the buyout amount by about $1,800 with unnecessary fees and taxes. Additionally, we had repeated conversations in the last three months of the lease about financing, getting into a new car, turning the lease in early and every time I told him what my plan was, but still the repeated annoying phones calls continue. The entire process was effortless, and the customer experience was outstanding. I'm still waiting on the refund check, which should arrive in a few days, but overall, the service was exceptional.
