Wanted to keep my word here - I said if someone finally fixed our issue, I'd update my negative review. A manager (I believe at the service dept) eventually reached out and helped in regards to getting records for an engine swap done under recall a few years ago. Besides that, we always had good experiences here. We were just talking about how, out of every dealership we've ever purchased from, Sayville Ford is the only place that helped out with a loaner vehicle during a repair. Every dealer promises this during a sale, but few actually make sure you get a loaner in a bad situation, as they're usually already loaned. Sayville Ford not only made sure we had a loaner during the recall repair, but during another minor repair, too. Unfortunately, we already purchased our new vehicle somehow else during this. But, in the end they still reached out to resolve it. We appreciate that and will go back to only having good things to say about this location. And we'll be sure to return next time we need a new vehicle. Thanks!

I dislike car shopping very much and I was extremely anxious about purchasing a new vehicle…Ryan, my Salesman, was really genuine and very pleasant to deal with. He was always available and helpful to me. He helped make my decision to buy this vehicle easier, the process smooth and was always very accommodating and kind. Just walking into Sayville Ford you feel comfortable, no gimmicks, no pressure. The atmosphere is comfortable and I was greeted by a wonderful gentleman named Tony, who proceeded to work with me until I was happy with the car (2023 Ford Edge) and deal that got within my budget. He took into account all my needs and considerations and that I walked out with a smile. He even made sure to shine my current license plates up since I was transferring them from my trade in. Tony is a class act! I had been a Newins Ford customer for 13 years and I am now part of the Sayville Ford family! Upon handing me the keys, Tony wanted to confirm that I was familiar with all the tech and workings with the car by having Otis walk me through it.. he made sure before I drove off the lot I was 100% comfortable with the car… Thank you Tony and thank you Sayville Ford!

Had a very good buying experience. Declan in sales is very honest and got me a good deal. Otis was extremely kind and knowledgable of everything that came with my truck and made sure I understood everything. The dealership itself is very nice and the salesmen don’t run out to you in the parking lot to try and hawk you, they let you take your time and browse.

My experience buying my F-150 was straight forward and informative.  My sales rep Ryan did what he had to do in order to make the deal to my satisfaction.  Afterwards the loan/insurance rep was also very professional and informative.  Upon picking up my car I was handed off to a young man, Damian, who was the most likable young man I’ve met in a long time.  He was patient explaining the trucks features and helped me sign up on line for FordPass.  I told Damien that I was pressed for time and he told me whenever I could come back and he would be happy to answer any additional questions I may have.  Kudos to this dealership for their professionalism making my truck purchase a pleasant and to their entire staff who seamlessly enabled this transaction.
