I custom built a truck on the ford website. Decided that’s what I wanted so I took it to Sayville Ford. Salesman Kyle put my build on the screen and walked me through exactly what I was getting. I got clear and down to earth details about it. He kept me up to date and informed along the build/shipment process. Currently have the truck and it’s even better than expected.

We recently went back to Sayville Ford after buying a car from them previously because they were running a trade-in promotion. We worked with Luis, who was helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. When an issue came up, he brought it to the attention of his manager, Tiago. The real standout for us was Tiago. He took the time to listen to our concerns, stepped in to help resolve the issue, and made sure everything was reconciled fairly. We really appreciated that he was willing to work with us and see things through to the end. His professionalism and customer service made a big difference in our overall experience. Overall, it was a good experience, but if you're looking for a lot of one-on-one attention or have a tighter schedule, I'd probably avoid going during one of their promotional events since the dealership gets very busy.

I was very impressed with George Van-Glahn at Sayville Ford. From start to finish, he kept in touch with me throughout the entire process and made me feel like he truly understood my situation and my budget. He took the time to make sure everything went smoothly and even arranged to have my car dropped off to me, which I greatly appreciated. I also want to recognize the rest of the service team. When my car was delivered, several employees, including a technician, came out to greet me, answer my questions, and genuinely make sure I was taken care of. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and had smiles on their faces. That level of customer service is rare these days, and it's something I have never experienced at any other dealership's service department. I highly recommend George and the entire team at Sayville Ford. Their professionalism, communication, and outstanding customer service made the entire experience a positive one.

I stopped by with my F-150 today to order a part. The process was quick and easy. BUT I also had some questions on the connection and operation of the Bluetooth and Android Auto features. Had an amazing experience buying my first car with Angelo. He explained the whole process to me simply and was efficient in what he did. He worked to get me to the price to be at and kept me updated through the whole process. When there were delays at my signing, he made it right and even got me a tank of gas! The finance manager was also so patient and amazing listening to all my questions and concerns. The warranty is amazing and I never felt pressured to pay for anything I didn’t want to. I love my new car and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Edit: My car was having troubles about 4 months in. I took it to a different mechanic and had to wait about two weeks just to find out they didn’t even fix the issue. I took my car to Sayville ford, and instead of beating around the bush, they said because it was a Honda they didn’t wanna work on it and Got me in with a Honda dealership the same day with VIP treatment!! My repair was covered by my warranty, which I’m so grateful for. They are the best!!

Bought a used Jeep Grand Cherokee for my son turning 17. Rob T was great to deal with. The sales business should take a page out of his book with the easy of dealing with customers and not being the stereotypical pushy salesman. Ivan in finance was the opposite of what you would expect going into his office. People always think they will try and sell you the world, but not the case here. Just walking into Sayville Ford you feel comfortable, no gimmicks, no pressure. The atmosphere is comfortable and I was greeted by a wonderful gentleman named Tony, who proceeded to work with me until I was happy with the car (2023 Ford Edge) and deal that got within my budget. He took into account all my needs and considerations and that I walked out with a smile. He even made sure to shine my current license plates up since I was transferring them from my trade in. Tony is a class act! I had been a Newins Ford customer for 13 years and I am now part of the Sayville Ford family! I was looking to purchase a Ford Ranger and downsize from the F150 that I was driving. I met with Jesse G - and we spoke about the selection of Rangers that Sayville had on the lot. I was impressed with the selection...XL, XLT, Lariats. I was interested in one of the XLT's because of the options. We went back inside and Jesse asked if I would like to test drive one. Within 5 minutes, I was out on the road test driving it. While I was out driving, they appraised my vehicle and honestly gave me a better trade in value than Carvana, KBB, or Edmunds ! This trade in value coupled with the Ford 0% financing made it a done deal. Jesse, throughout the process was informative and extremely courteous. I agreed on the price and drove home for the title and extra key. While I was doing that they installed the Ford oem drop in bed liner that I wanted for the truck. When I got back, the truck was ready and I met with Tom in finance to complete the paperwork - again no pressure - and a very enjoyable experience. With the papers signed and the truck ready to go, I met with Noah who connected my phone with the truck's Sync 3 system. Everyone I met while at the dealership was courteous - no pressure at any point in the purchase process. I am glad to have met and worked with Jesse in purchasing a new Ford.

I have been promising my wife a new car for 2 years now. When our youngest was born we bought a minivan to help accommodate the 5 of us on trips. My wife loved the minivan, but it was 9 years old and had over 125000 miles. We started with an internet search and Jarrett reached out to us. He provided information on our vehicle search and set up an appointment for Saturday morning. His information helped us focus on the model we were looking for. He was helpful, friendly and patient with some communication problems experienced with my cell phone while we discussed our needs. On Saturday morning we met Jesse, our sales person. He walked us to the lot to show us the vehicles we pre-picked out by stock number. He focused on my wife's primary feature interest and we picked a car to test drive. Incidentally, the one we picked was not on the list we provided. This showed that Jesse was able to listen to what my wife wanted and help us find the best vehicle that matched my wife's desires. My wife test drove one vehicle and the decision was made! Of course there were issues with the purchase, but they were on our side. First the insurance company we had only dealt with customer's through text messaging on Saturday. Jesse worked with us to achieve what was needed. Second, we were on a tight schedule for the day. My daughter had a soccer day an hour away in the middle of the day. After the car was selected and the terms were agreed to, we needed to leave. Jesse worked the paper work in the background. He did this in addition to working with other customers, as they were pretty busy. When we returned, Jesse had set up all the paper work and steps we needed to go through. We meet with the onsite insurance agent and we switched on the spot. The fact that we had trouble contacting my current insurance company made that decision easier. By this time we were passed the normal hours of the dealership. Carlo stayed late and worked with us through the signature process taking the time to explain the intricacies of a lease since this was our first lease. Once the paperwork was signed, Collin walked us through the features of the car and set up the app on our phone. Again, this was after normal business hours. At that time we were ready to leave with our new vehicle. Jesse took the plates off the old vehicle, handed them to us to turn in to DMV and we drove off. All in all it was the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever done. Additionally Sayville Ford had 25 explorers to view even in a tight market due to CoVid. We will be recommending Sayville Ford to anyone we know shopping for a car. You could tell the dealership was well run. The employees all seemed happy and relaxed. Everyone was helpful! And no...we are not related to anyone there. :)

I came into Sayville Ford about 6 years ago looking for lease prices on a couple of Edges for the company I’m with. I’m required to go to at least 3 different places for prices etc. I was originally dealing with a very nice young lady, who then moved away and Marianna was tasked with covering for her. I couldn’t have been luckier than to meet Marianna. First of all she is the nicest person. Secondly she gave me the best deal out of 4 places I went. Finally she made the process so easy. No drama. So now every time one of our leases expires she is the first person I call. I have leased 5 vehicles through her to date, the latest, a Limited Explorer being yesterday. So yesterday I went to Sayville Ford to go over my options on a Super Duty pick up truck. I did not know what the difference was with the trim levels and packages so I needed some clarity. I have seen them on the road and fell in love with the truck. I was greeted by Vincent Visceglia over in the truck shop. He asked a ton of questions as to what I was looking for in a truck, as wel as what I was going to be using it for. I recently used Sayville Ford’s Mobile Service. They come to your house and perform the requested service (in this case, replaced the battery and performed recall updates). They arrived on time and Mark was very personable and professional. All work was completed within an hour and I was able to pay the invoice online with no issues.

Bought my 2021 f150 from Sayville. John D was my sales rep. Great guy got me into this truck basically over night. On the service side of Sayville only one person stood out and I truly had and have faith in. I had past advisors which didn’t go above & beyond like Robert Giordano! He keeps me in the loop about my truck and it’s recalls , gives me a piece of mind that everything will be totally satisfactory.. and I haven’t once questioned or was concerned when he wrote up my papers. He got me in a loaner when my truck was acting up. I even took my neighbor with his 2023 F250 that bought it at another dealership just to meet Robert and continue servicing his truck through Sayville. My neighbor is million times happier with Robert. I will continue bringing my truck to Sayville just to deal with Rob.. I wish many ford service departments have a advisor like Robert.

My wife's lease was up so we went into Sayville Ford where we leased the car from and met with Robert Tarnowski about purchasing the Ford Explorer since she loved it so much. Robert was very patient with us and took the time to properly help us out with the buyout options. We never felt rushed or at the dealer's mercy. We also met with Tom who was in charge of financing and he ran my wife's credit only 2 times! (Some dealers will run your credit 20 times which not only hurts your score, but prevents you from shopping around, I know from my own past experience). Tom was able to get a decent rate in today's economy and we were even able to get a bumper to bumper warranty on the vehicle without being pushed or hassled into it, something we were not even looking to consider when we were looking to purchase. I even got a great burger when I went there, courtesy of Sayville Ford and a fantastic chef they had barbequing outside. It was a great experience that I may have to purchase another vehicle from them sometime soon! Highly recommend!

Just picked up a custom order loaded F250, and all the stories I hear about hidden fees from places and marking up the MSRP, that was not the case with Sayville Ford. Specifically, Luis Calvo, who I worked with from start to finish; from when I ordered 5 months ago(truck came in earlier than expected). The interest rates are high now and he worked to find me to come close to matching the rate I got from a credit union. I couldn’t recommend Luis enough. I’ll go back to him for my next ride. I purchased a new Ford F150 from Sayville Ford this month and I cannot say enough about how happy I am with the entire process. My salesman was Kevin. Kevin was honest, friendly and showed a genuine interest in my comfort. He was sure to explain that if I decided to purchase a vehicle, he would personally handle every part of the transaction. It was so comforting to feel as though I had someone looking out for me, taking care of me and guiding me. This is a departure from many other dealerships and salesman. Kevin didn’t pressure me. He simply helped me. That was refreshing. In addition to Kevin, I also had the pleasure of getting to know Tiago the sales manager. There were a few requests that I had regarding my new vehicle and Tiago was the man who had to field such requests. Similar to my experience with my salesman, Tiago showed instant respect and kindness. He showed a genuine interest in making me happy. Ryan was great throughout process. Kept in touch without being overbearing. Worked with me on questions and concerns and tracked down the 2nd key fob for me on a used Toyota. As always, it’s the finance guys you need to look out for. Numbers came at me fast and furious, including a mistake and a questionable attempt to get me to prepay service. Take your time and look at numbers closely.

The Good: Overall a decent experience with this dealership, Chris is a no pressure salesman and a pleasure to deal with. I had one issue with some stored DTC's and the service department took care of it while I waited. The not so good: Being totally honest here, tire pressures were not properly set, Spare tire was at 20psi (should be 60psi). I added over a 1/2 gallon of w/w fluid. I'm not really sure when the last oil change was done. I'm sorry to be picky but I have high standards and whenever I work on a customers car I treat it as if it was my own and that's what I expect of a shop. As I said before overall a good experience dealing with Saville Ford.

I had a great experience working with Vincent in sales. He primarily specializes in commercial vehicles, but he can also help you find a regular car or truck. I know a lot of people don’t enjoy dealing with dealerships, but Vincent was a pleasure to work with and never pressured me at all. He didn’t push me toward any specific vehicle and just let me look and decide for myself, which I really appreciated. I ended up trading in my GMC and buying an F-150, and the whole process was smooth. I would definitely recommend reaching out to Vincent if you’re looking for a vehicle.

Your sales representative, Kevin Breitkopf was very helpful, friendly and transparent. No pressuring to buy which made my decision to lease my third Ford Explorer easy. He went over everything in great detail and gave me and my wife confidence to sign on the dotted line. To be honest with you, I had patronized another Ford dealership. However after having a few unpleasant encounters with that dealership, I learned very quickly that Sayville Ford was the only dealership I could depend on for fare and accurate pricing and service, plus even walking through the sales floor I never felt uncomfortable or pressured.
