Although, I don’t leave reviews but this is honest review and well deserved. I am very particular person and certain expectations. From moment I went there and met Anthony ( sales rep) he was one of the most honest, informative, kind person who not only listened to my requests as were many but remembered every single detail beyond expectations and made sure were done beyond any sales rep duties and we became actual friends. then was introduced to Mr. Cliff who is most humbles person even for his high position and he made sure that my deal and requests were met and I was just amazed by his friendship and kindness. The owner of dealership was such humble and amazing gentleman that for moment I thought these people deserve Golden trophy as best dealership. Joe the finance manger is one of the most honest, upfront, kind person I met he would go the extra mile to make sure that best deal is achieved and actually deliver. And then Bridgette who is sweetheart and so well informed and made sure on her end everything was done accordingly. Conclusion, This dealership when it comes to communication, honesty, kindness, pricing beyond fair, and most of all to actually stand on their promises deserve 10 star across the line.They made me not only customer but friend for life.

A 5-Star Experience From Start to Finish My experience purchasing my Dark Horse was absolutely a 5-star experience, and a huge part of that was my salesman, Vincent Visceglia. From the moment Vincent reached out to me about the car through the day of delivery, he went above and beyond to make the entire process as simple, straightforward, and stress-free as possible. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to do whatever he could to make sure everything went smoothly. The finance manager also made the loan process incredibly easy and effortless. There was no unnecessary hassle or pressure, and everything was handled efficiently and professionally. Everyone I interacted with at the dealership was friendly, helpful, and professional. From sales to finance to delivery, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I honestly don't have anything negative to point out. I have been going to Sayville Ford for years for truck service/oil changes/recalls/ or purchasing a new truck. Anytime i go in for regular service i see George Van Glahn service advisor. Everytime i deal with him its a pleasure and always nice with whatever you need and willing to help and fix the issue. He goes over and beyond and seems to care for your vehicle as if it was your own. Which is what you want as a customer its as simple as that. Problems and issues fixed with no hassle at all. We recently went back to Sayville Ford after buying a car from them previously because they were running a trade-in promotion. We worked with Luis, who was helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. When an issue came up, he brought it to the attention of his manager, Tiago. The real standout for us was Tiago. He took the time to listen to our concerns, stepped in to help resolve the issue, and made sure everything was reconciled fairly. We really appreciated that he was willing to work with us and see things through to the end. His professionalism and customer service made a big difference in our overall experience. Overall, it was a good experience, but if you're looking for a lot of one-on-one attention or have a tighter schedule, I'd probably avoid going during one of their promotional events since the dealership gets very busy.

I was very impressed with George Van-Glahn at Sayville Ford. From start to finish, he kept in touch with me throughout the entire process and made me feel like he truly understood my situation and my budget. He took the time to make sure everything went smoothly and even arranged to have my car dropped off to me, which I greatly appreciated. I also want to recognize the rest of the service team. When my car was delivered, several employees, including a technician, came out to greet me, answer my questions, and genuinely make sure I was taken care of. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and had smiles on their faces. That level of customer service is rare these days, and it's something I have never experienced at any other dealership's service department. Just walking into Sayville Ford you feel comfortable, no gimmicks, no pressure. The atmosphere is comfortable and I was greeted by a wonderful gentleman named Tony, who proceeded to work with me until I was happy with the car (2023 Ford Edge) and deal that got within my budget. He took into account all my needs and considerations and that I walked out with a smile. He even made sure to shine my current license plates up since I was transferring them from my trade in. Tony is a class act! I had been a Newins Ford customer for 13 years and I am now part of the Sayville Ford family! I was looking to purchase a Ford Ranger and downsize from the F150 that I was driving. I met with Jesse G - and we spoke about the selection of Rangers that Sayville had on the lot. I was impressed with the selection...XL, XLT, Lariats. I was interested in one of the XLT's because of the options. We went back inside and Jesse asked if I would like to test drive one. Within 5 minutes, I was out on the road test driving it. While I was out driving, they appraised my vehicle and honestly gave me a better trade in value than Carvana, KBB, or Edmunds ! This trade in value coupled with the Ford 0% financing made it a done deal. Jesse, throughout the process was informative and extremely courteous. I agreed on the price and drove home for the title and extra key. While I was doing that they installed the Ford oem drop in bed liner that I wanted for the truck. When I got back, the truck was ready and I met with Tom in finance to complete the paperwork - again no pressure - and a very enjoyable experience. With the papers signed and the truck ready to go, I met with Noah who connected my phone with the truck's Sync 3 system. Everyone I met while at the dealership was courteous - no pressure at any point in the purchase process. I am glad to have met and worked with Jesse in purchasing a new Ford.

I have been promising my wife a new car for 2 years now. When our youngest was born we bought a minivan to help accommodate the 5 of us on trips. My wife loved the minivan, but it was 9 years old and had over 125000 miles. We started with an internet search and Jarrett reached out to us. He provided information on our vehicle search and set up an appointment for Saturday morning. His information helped us focus on the model we were looking for. He was helpful, friendly and patient with some communication problems experienced with my cell phone while we discussed our needs. On Saturday morning we met Jesse, our sales person. He walked us to the lot to show us the vehicles we pre-picked out by stock number. He focused on my wife's primary feature interest and we picked a car to test drive. Incidentally, the one we picked was not on the list we provided. This showed that Jesse was able to listen to what my wife wanted and help us find the best vehicle that matched my wife's desires. My wife test drove one vehicle and the decision was made! Of course there were issues with the purchase, but they were on our side. First the insurance company we had only dealt with customer's through text messaging on Saturday. Jesse worked with us to achieve what was needed. Second, we were on a tight schedule for the day. My daughter had a soccer day an hour away in the middle of the day. After the car was selected and the terms were agreed to, we needed to leave. Jesse worked the paper work in the background. He did this in addition to working with other customers, as they were pretty busy. When we returned, Jesse had set up all the paper work and steps we needed to go through. We meet with the onsite insurance agent and we switched on the spot. The fact that we had trouble contacting my current insurance company made that decision easier. By this time we were passed the normal hours of the dealership. Carlo stayed late and worked with us through the signature process taking the time to explain the intricacies of a lease since this was our first lease. Once the paperwork was signed, Collin walked us through the features of the car and set up the app on our phone. Again, this was after normal business hours. At that time we were ready to leave with our new vehicle. Jesse took the plates off the old vehicle, handed them to us to turn in to DMV and we drove off. All in all it was the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever done. Additionally Sayville Ford had 25 explorers to view even in a tight market due to CoVid. We will be recommending Sayville Ford to anyone we know shopping for a car. You could tell the dealership was well run. The employees all seemed happy and relaxed. Everyone was helpful! And no...we are not related to anyone there. :)

Upon trading in my 2015, I purchased a new 2021 Mustang GT premium coupe. My new stang is a huge upgrade in performance and amenities from my former 2915. I came into Sayville Ford about 6 years ago looking for lease prices on a couple of Edges for the company I’m with. I’m required to go to at least 3 different places for prices etc. I was originally dealing with a very nice young lady, who then moved away and Marianna was tasked with covering for her. I couldn’t have been luckier than to meet Marianna. First of all she is the nicest person. Secondly she gave me the best deal out of 4 places I went. Finally she made the process so easy. No drama. So now every time one of our leases expires she is the first person I call. I have leased 5 vehicles through her to date, the latest, a Limited Explorer being yesterday. So yesterday I went to Sayville Ford to go over my options on a Super Duty pick up truck. I did not know what the difference was with the trim levels and packages so I needed some clarity. I have seen them on the road and fell in love with the truck. I was greeted by Vincent Visceglia over in the truck shop. He asked a ton of questions as to what I was looking for in a truck, as wel as what I was going to be using it for. I sat with him for several hours going over the specifications, trim level, packages and so on. Most importantly, Ford resolved the minor technical issues for which I brought the car in. However, they made the experience extremely convenient for me. The gave me an Uber home after I dropped the car off, then actually returned the repaired car to my driveway.

I have to say that I have never been let down by Sayville ford. I have been leasing a ford edge from them since 2017 and it has always been smooth with Zero issues. This past Saturday I picked up a brand new ford explorer timberline and my salesman Tony did an awesome job on finding this truck on the lot for me. He was able to get everything in this one that I was looking for. When I got there we looked it over and it was just perfect then he lead me to the Finance Director Thomas. And he was easy to talk to and got me and my husband in and out with no issues and then I saw Damien the tech guru. Thank you Damien (sorry if I spelt your name wrong). these 3 people were the greatest!!! Each one doing their part to make the customer happy. I previously purchased my first Bronco Sport from Sayville Ford in 2022, but unfortunately it was recently totaled in a flood. I knew I wanted to replace it with a 2024 so I decided to come back and buy another car from Rob T. Rob has always been so helpful, caring and is willing to answer any questions that you have about the car. Rob makes the car buying process a breeze. He communicated with my insurance company to get the truck’s insurance ready so I can leave that day with no worries. It is only because of him that my fiancé and I decided to come back to Sayville Ford to buy a new car! Damien was extremely helpful when showing me the new truck and any new features that I didn’t have. He also assisted me setting up the Ford App. When in the finance office this time, the finance employee did not even factor in my down payment, which was almost half the price of the truck and tried to get me to agree with absolutely insane monthly payments. Luckily my fiancé realized this, and the sales manager redid the financing with us. Was this just a one time mistake or is this something the dealership is doing to all of their customers? While Sayville Ford is considered a no fees dealer, it is misleading because of some mandatory fees that they secretly add on to the price of your car. In 2022 it was Crystal fusion which was some coating that you are required to pay a high premium for. In 2024 it is some gps anti theft monitoring app. Of course I didn’t want either, but I am forced to pay this mark up because all of the cars come with this and these options cannot be removed. In the past service has been a nightmare. On my prior Bronco Sport a rude service advisor promised a one day fix for a problem that they said “needed to get worse before it got better”, that took multiple appointments to be resolved and nearly two months of sitting at the dealership with no communication as to when I would get my truck back. One of those appointments my truck was picked up at my job and I gave the driver my spare key which was never returned. The next time I was in I requested someone to look for my spare and they insisted it was not there and I could pay over $200 for a replacement. I refused to pay this because I knew it was there. The next time I was in, the service manager agreed that under my warranty they would replace the key. The key didn’t need to be replaced because guess where it was? Sayville Ford, in the key box since it was never returned to me. To conclude, I have had many negative experiences at Sayville Ford since 2022. Many experiences that should have resulted in myself never coming back. I came back because Rob was a great sales person and I wanted to do business with him again. Every car sales person should be like Rob, and the only reason this review is getting 5 stars is because of him.

The Good: Overall a decent experience with this dealership, Chris is a no pressure salesman and a pleasure to deal with. I had one issue with some stored DTC's and the service department took care of it while I waited. The not so good: Being totally honest here, tire pressures were not properly set, Spare tire was at 20psi (should be 60psi). I added over a 1/2 gallon of w/w fluid. I'm not really sure when the last oil change was done. I'm sorry to be picky but I have high standards and whenever I work on a customers car I treat it as if it was my own and that's what I expect of a shop. As I said before overall a good experience dealing with Saville Ford.

I had a great experience working with Vincent in sales. He primarily specializes in commercial vehicles, but he can also help you find a regular car or truck. I know a lot of people don’t enjoy dealing with dealerships, but Vincent was a pleasure to work with and never pressured me at all. He didn’t push me toward any specific vehicle and just let me look and decide for myself, which I really appreciated. I ended up trading in my GMC and buying an F-150, and the whole process was smooth. I would definitely recommend reaching out to Vincent if you’re looking for a vehicle.

Your sales representative, Kevin Breitkopf was very helpful, friendly and transparent. No pressuring to buy which made my decision to lease my third Ford Explorer easy. He went over everything in great detail and gave me and my wife confidence to sign on the dotted line. To be honest with you, I had patronized another Ford dealership. However after having a few unpleasant encounters with that dealership, I learned very quickly that Sayville Ford was the only dealership I could depend on for fare and accurate pricing and service, plus even walking through the sales floor I never felt uncomfortable or pressured.
