I went to Sayville Ford to check out the new Ranger. Didn't expect to buy one yet. Jason Mirels met with me and showed me a few models and I was hooked. He was great, no pressure and extremely knowledgeable. What impressed me the most was the deal he gave me. It was fair and I got exactly what I wanted for a fair price. I highly recommend Sayville Ford and Jason.

The Good: Overall a decent experience with this dealership, Chris is a no pressure salesman and a pleasure to deal with. I had one issue with some stored DTC's and the service department took care of it while I waited. The not so good: Being totally honest here, tire pressures were not properly set, Spare tire was at 20psi (should be 60psi). I added over a 1/2 gallon of w/w fluid. I'm not really sure when the last oil change was done. I'm sorry to be picky but I have high standards and whenever I work on a customers car I treat it as if it was my own and that's what I expect of a shop. As I said before overall a good experience dealing with Saville Ford.

I had a great experience working with Vincent in sales. He primarily specializes in commercial vehicles, but he can also help you find a regular car or truck. I know a lot of people don’t enjoy dealing with dealerships, but Vincent was a pleasure to work with and never pressured me at all. He didn’t push me toward any specific vehicle and just let me look and decide for myself, which I really appreciated. He was always available and helpful to me. He helped make my decision to buy this vehicle easier, the process smooth and was always very accommodating and kind. I purchased a loaner, 2022 Ford Explorer with very low miles…..it was just what I had been looking for and I love it…..Being it had been previously driven somewhat, it did have a few, very minor cosmetic flaws, understandably…..Ryan (salesman) and Tiago, Sales Supervisor, rectified and fixed my concerns, even after I brought the vehicle home and noticed an issue…..I am extremely grateful and satisfied…Most, I believe would not be so inclined to be this way…..They were extremely accommodating, very understanding and helpful and I highly recommend them if you are looking to purchase a new vehicle.

Just walking into Sayville Ford you feel comfortable, no gimmicks, no pressure. The atmosphere is comfortable and I was greeted by a wonderful gentleman named Tony, who proceeded to work with me until I was happy with the car (2023 Ford Edge) and deal that got within my budget. He took into account all my needs and considerations and that I walked out with a smile. He even made sure to shine my current license plates up since I was transferring them from my trade in. Tony is a class act! I had been a Newins Ford customer for 13 years and I am now part of the Sayville Ford family! I was looking to purchase a Ford Ranger and downsize from the F150 that I was driving. I met with Jesse G - and we spoke about the selection of Rangers that Sayville had on the lot. I was impressed with the selection...XL, XLT, Lariats. I was interested in one of the XLT's because of the options. We went back inside and Jesse asked if I would like to test drive one. Within 5 minutes, I was out on the road test driving it. While I was out driving, they appraised my vehicle and honestly gave me a better trade in value than Carvana, KBB, or Edmunds ! This trade in value coupled with the Ford 0% financing made it a done deal. Jesse, throughout the process was informative and extremely courteous. I agreed on the price and drove home for the title and extra key. While I was doing that they installed the Ford oem drop in bed liner that I wanted for the truck. When I got back, the truck was ready and I met with Tom in finance to complete the paperwork - again no pressure - and a very enjoyable experience. With the papers signed and the truck ready to go, I met with Noah who connected my phone with the truck's Sync 3 system. Everyone I met while at the dealership was courteous - no pressure at any point in the purchase process. I am glad to have met and worked with Jesse in purchasing a new Ford.

I have been promising my wife a new car for 2 years now. When our youngest was born we bought a minivan to help accommodate the 5 of us on trips. My wife loved the minivan, but it was 9 years old and had over 125000 miles. We started with an internet search and Jarrett reached out to us. He provided information on our vehicle search and set up an appointment for Saturday morning. His information helped us focus on the model we were looking for. He was helpful, friendly and patient with some communication problems experienced with my cell phone while we discussed our needs. On Saturday morning we met Jesse, our sales person. He walked us to the lot to show us the vehicles we pre-picked out by stock number. He focused on my wife's primary feature interest and we picked a car to test drive. Incidentally, the one we picked was not on the list we provided. This showed that Jesse was able to listen to what my wife wanted and help us find the best vehicle that matched my wife's desires. My wife test drove one vehicle and the decision was made! Of course there were issues with the purchase, but they were on our side. First the insurance company we had only dealt with customer's through text messaging on Saturday. Jesse worked with us to achieve what was needed. Second, we were on a tight schedule for the day. My daughter had a soccer day an hour away in the middle of the day. After the car was selected and the terms were agreed to, we needed to leave. Jesse worked the paper work in the background. He did this in addition to working with other customers, as they were pretty busy. When we returned, Jesse had set up all the paper work and steps we needed to go through. We meet with the onsite insurance agent and we switched on the spot. The fact that we had trouble contacting my current insurance company made that decision easier. By this time we were passed the normal hours of the dealership. Carlo stayed late and worked with us through the signature process taking the time to explain the intricacies of a lease since this was our first lease. Once the paperwork was signed, Collin walked us through the features of the car and set up the app on our phone. Again, this was after normal business hours. At that time we were ready to leave with our new vehicle. Jesse took the plates off the old vehicle, handed them to us to turn in to DMV and we drove off. All in all it was the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever done. Additionally Sayville Ford had 25 explorers to view even in a tight market due to CoVid. We will be recommending Sayville Ford to anyone we know shopping for a car. You could tell the dealership was well run. The employees all seemed happy and relaxed. Everyone was helpful! And no...we are not related to anyone there. :)

Sayville Ford offered me a fair trade in for my 2015 race red convertible Mustang GT, which I originally bought from Sayville Ford. Upon trading in my 2015, I purchased a new 2021 Mustang GT premium coupe. My new stang is a huge upgrade in performance and amenities from my former 2915. My salesperson was Jesse, who made all parts of the sale and trade go smoothly. Also the service department, supervised by Dimitri, offers great service! I came into Sayville Ford about 6 years ago looking for lease prices on a couple of Edges for the company I’m with. I’m required to go to at least 3 different places for prices etc. I was originally dealing with a very nice young lady, who then moved away and Marianna was tasked with covering for her. I couldn’t have been luckier than to meet Marianna. First of all she is the nicest person. Secondly she gave me the best deal out of 4 places I went. Finally she made the process so easy. No drama. So now every time one of our leases expires she is the first person I call. I have leased 5 vehicles through her to date, the latest, a Limited Explorer being yesterday. She made everything happen in 1 day because I was on a tight schedule. I definitely recommend going to Sayville and seeing Marianna whether you’re leasing or buying. When you meet her you will agree. So yesterday I went to Sayville Ford to go over my options on a Super Duty pick up truck. I did not know what the difference was with the trim levels and packages so I needed some clarity. I have seen them on the road and fell in love with the truck. I was greeted by Vincent Visceglia over in the truck shop. He asked a ton of questions as to what I was looking for in a truck, as wel as what I was going to be using it for. I sat with him for several hours going over the specifications, trim level, packages and so on. I purchased a new Ford F150 from Sayville Ford this month and I cannot say enough about how happy I am with the entire process. My salesman was Kevin. Kevin was honest, friendly and showed a genuine interest in my comfort. He was sure to explain that if I decided to purchase a vehicle, he would personally handle every part of the transaction. It was so comforting to feel as though I had someone looking out for me, taking care of me and guiding me. This is a departure from many other dealerships and salesman. Kevin didn’t pressure me. He simply helped me. That was refreshing. In addition to Kevin, I also had the pleasure of getting to know Tiago the sales manager. There were a few requests that I had regarding my new vehicle and Tiago was the man who had to field such requests. Ryan was great throughout process. Kept in touch without being overbearing. Worked with me on questions and concerns and tracked down the 2nd key fob for me on a used Toyota. As always, it’s the finance guys you need to look out for. Numbers came at me fast and furious, including a mistake and a questionable attempt to get me to prepay service. Take your time and look at numbers closely.

He also showed me every model of the truck so I could compare. I cannot thank Vinny enough for making this experience so easy and stress free! Not only was Vinny great, but the staff at Sayville Ford was just incredible! Rob was the first salesman that I had spoken to. I had called about the Bronco Sport and asked if it was on the lot and Rob gave me every model that they had in stock and the prices of each. Declan was beyond helpful and got me set up with all the technology in the truck and the Ford app. Joe from finance got me the best deal with interest and answered every question I had. Very courteous and professional service, was able to get the truck I wanted at the price I wanted. Vinny answered all my questions and concerns. All transactions went smooth and quickly. I had been to another Ford dealer near my home and looked at a same truck in a different color but salesperson did not really want to work with my budget. I knew that Sayville Ford was an authorized Roush dealer so I loaded up the dog and the Mrs and took the 2 hour ride out to Sayville and I’m glad I was not disappointed. I would definitely recommend anyone who is in the market for a new or used Ford truck to go ahead and shop around but don’t buy anything until you visit Vinny at Sayville Ford. Thanks Vinny!!

I walked into a Sayville Ford on January 3rd and was immediately greeted by salesman Ryan Devereux. I told him I wanted to see an Explorer and he took my wife and I out to the lot to see one. It wasn’t the configuration that I wanted so Ryan said no problem and helped me build the configuration that I wanted, in the color I wanted. We placed the order and he told me it would take about 12-13 weeks to come in, which I was fine with. Well the car arrived on Thursday, 8 weeks. I was surprised that it was in early. I went to the dealership today to pick it up. Ryan was outstanding during the buying process and got me the lowest price possible. I love my new Explorer and can’t thank Ryan enough for making the buying process hassle free!

WOW ! I have bought quite a few cars over the years, but my experience at Sayville Ford has been outstanding. My salesperson, Jesse, was extremely knowledgeable and has great "people skills" . The dealership is extremely neat and modern. All the staff I met with ( Tom in finance), Noah ( who set up my phone with Ford sync system ) and of course Jesse made the buying experience very pleasurable. I was extremely impressed with the selection of vehicles on the lot - I wanted to purchase a Ranger - they had an excellent selection and some were equipped just as I wanted , so I did not have to "settle" on a vehicle with more ( or less) options. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Sayville Ford for anyone interested in buying a Ford.
