Just went into my second Ford Explorer lease. Sayville Ford made the process seamless. Picking up the car took less than an hour. There were no hidden fees and I dealt with true professionals - Lisa, Nick and Joe. Leasing a car can be stressful - this was not the case here.

*UPDATE* Spoke with Joe and he was able to resolve my concerns. Appreciate a dealership that prioritizes their customers and takes ownership for mistakes that happen. Looking forward to making this my Ford dealer for years to come. Thanks Joe! Wouldn’t purchase another car here. The finance guy is a crook. Never disclosed the interest rate until I asked about it. The number he gave was insanely high. I told him I had already been prequalified at a much lower rate through the same finance company he was using. He wouldn’t show any details. Couldn’t see the contract until after it was signed. When I asked to see it he just read numbers from his screen. Wouldn’t disclose terms just strong armed the terms and payment he wanted. Never again. This far into the process I bought the car anyway and then drive it off the lot to find out it had 3 of the 4 tires that were almost flat and it doesn’t even have any washer fluid in it. Car clearly wasn’t prepped properly which brings to question whether or not they even included the other add-on services they were selling.

Friendly dealership and great salesman (Kyle K) who went above and beyond to secure the vehicle we wanted, which he found out-of-state. Beware of the little extras they add to the price for things you didn't necessarily want or ask for. In fairness, they are up front about it, so it isn't a surprise, and you can walk away.

Brought my Ford Fusion in due to a recall and an oil change. The receptionist Barbara was so ever cordial and helpful, Rob Giordano was extremely helpful and insisted on providing me free shuttling back and forth and even offered that he would deliver the car to my home! I have never received such service in my life and was the very best experience and will gladly make it my go to for all car repairs from now on!!!!

Low pressure sales experience and no xx add on's when it came to price. They also had some unexpected perks built into the price like GPS monitoring, free car washes, and lifetime powertrain warrenty after the Ford warrenty is up. My salesperson Luis was great.

I just bought a Ford Explorer from Sayville Ford and the overall experience was great. I dislike car shopping very much and I was extremely anxious about purchasing a new vehicle…Ryan, my Salesman, was really genuine and very pleasant to deal with. He was always available and helpful to me. He helped make my decision to buy this vehicle easier, the process smooth and was always very accommodating and kind. I purchased a loaner, 2022 Ford Explorer with very low miles…..it was just what I had been looking for and I love it…..Being it had been previously driven somewhat, it did have a few, very minor cosmetic flaws, understandably…..Ryan (salesman) and Tiago, Sales Supervisor, rectified and fixed my concerns, even after I brought the vehicle home and noticed an issue…..I am extremely grateful and satisfied…Most, I believe would not be so inclined to be this way…..They were extremely accommodating, very understanding and helpful and I highly recommend them if you are looking to purchase a new vehicle.

Just walking into Sayville Ford you feel comfortable, no gimmicks, no pressure. The atmosphere is comfortable and I was greeted by a wonderful gentleman named Tony, who proceeded to work with me until I was happy with the car (2023 Ford Edge) and deal that got within my budget. He took into account all my needs and considerations and that I walked out with a smile. He even made sure to shine my current license plates up since I was transferring them from my trade in. Tony is a class act! I had been a Newins Ford customer for 13 years and I am now part of the Sayville Ford family! Upon handing me the keys, Tony wanted to confirm that I was familiar with all the tech and workings with the car by having Otis walk me through it.. he made sure before I drove off the lot I was 100% comfortable with the car… Thank you Tony and thank you Sayville Ford!

I was looking to purchase a Ford Ranger and downsize from the F150 that I was driving. I met with Jesse G - and we spoke about the selection of Rangers that Sayville had on the lot. I was impressed with the selection...XL, XLT, Lariats. I was interested in one of the XLT's because of the options. We went back inside and Jesse asked if I would like to test drive one. Within 5 minutes, I was out on the road test driving it. While I was out driving, they appraised my vehicle and honestly gave me a better trade in value than Carvana, KBB, or Edmunds ! This trade in value coupled with the Ford 0% financing made it a done deal. Jesse, throughout the process was informative and extremely courteous. I agreed on the price and drove home for the title and extra key. While I was doing that they installed the Ford oem drop in bed liner that I wanted for the truck. When I got back, the truck was ready and I met with Tom in finance to complete the paperwork - again no pressure - and a very enjoyable experience. With the papers signed and the truck ready to go, I met with Noah who connected my phone with the truck's Sync 3 system. Everyone I met while at the dealership was courteous - no pressure at any point in the purchase process. I am glad to have met and worked with Jesse in purchasing a new Ford.

I have been promising my wife a new car for 2 years now. When our youngest was born we bought a minivan to help accommodate the 5 of us on trips. My wife loved the minivan, but it was 9 years old and had over 125000 miles. We started with an internet search and Jarrett reached out to us. He provided information on our vehicle search and set up an appointment for Saturday morning. His information helped us focus on the model we were looking for. He was helpful, friendly and patient with some communication problems experienced with my cell phone while we discussed our needs. On Saturday morning we met Jesse, our sales person. He walked us to the lot to show us the vehicles we pre-picked out by stock number. He focused on my wife's primary feature interest and we picked a car to test drive. Incidentally, the one we picked was not on the list we provided. This showed that Jesse was able to listen to what my wife wanted and help us find the best vehicle that matched my wife's desires. My wife test drove one vehicle and the decision was made! Of course there were issues with the purchase, but they were on our side. First the insurance company we had only dealt with customer's through text messaging on Saturday. Jesse worked with us to achieve what was needed. Second, we were on a tight schedule for the day. My daughter had a soccer day an hour away in the middle of the day. After the car was selected and the terms were agreed to, we needed to leave. Jesse worked the paper work in the background. He did this in addition to working with other customers, as they were pretty busy. When we returned, Jesse had set up all the paper work and steps we needed to go through. We meet with the onsite insurance agent and we switched on the spot. The fact that we had trouble contacting my current insurance company made that decision easier. By this time we were passed the normal hours of the dealership. Carlo stayed late and worked with us through the signature process taking the time to explain the intricacies of a lease since this was our first lease. Once the paperwork was signed, Collin walked us through the features of the car and set up the app on our phone. Again, this was after normal business hours. At that time we were ready to leave with our new vehicle. Jesse took the plates off the old vehicle, handed them to us to turn in to DMV and we drove off. All in all it was the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever done. Additionally Sayville Ford had 25 explorers to view even in a tight market due to CoVid. We will be recommending Sayville Ford to anyone we know shopping for a car. You could tell the dealership was well run. The employees all seemed happy and relaxed. Everyone was helpful! And no...we are not related to anyone there. :)

I came into Sayville Ford about 6 years ago looking for lease prices on a couple of Edges for the company I’m with. I’m required to go to at least 3 different places for prices etc. I was originally dealing with a very nice young lady, who then moved away and Marianna was tasked with covering for her. I couldn’t have been luckier than to meet Marianna. First of all she is the nicest person. Secondly she gave me the best deal out of 4 places I went. Finally she made the process so easy. No drama. So yesterday I went to Sayville Ford to go over my options on a Super Duty pick up truck. I did not know what the difference was with the trim levels and packages so I needed some clarity. I have seen them on the road and fell in love with the truck. I was greeted by Vincent Visceglia over in the truck shop. Todays updated post is for Mark in service as well as Vincent V my salesman. Service was awesome and Vince even followed up with making sure everything was done. I would like to take a minute to Thank my salesman Vincent for making my purchase a pleasant one. I came in to look at a Ford Ranger and walked out with Ranger Tremor. Vincent guided me with all my options, was upfront and transparent with everything from start to finish. No hidden fees and no BS like at other dealerships I have been to. I know the market is a little tough right now but everyone has a right to earn their living. I got a fair deal and I would not complain. I would also like to thank Tom Lumley my business manager for taking the time to get my paperwork done, Collin for hooking up my Ford pass and going over the way the app works with the remote start and the ford pass rewards. Full time working parents, two kids, I don’t need anymore drama. We heard great things about Sayville ford and gave them a call. As always, it’s the finance guys you need to look out for. Numbers came at me fast and furious, including a mistake and a questionable attempt to get me to prepay service. The Good: Overall a decent experience with this dealership, Chris is a no pressure salesman and a pleasure to deal with. I had one issue with some stored DTC's and the service department took care of it while I waited. The not so good: Being totally honest here, tire pressures were not properly set, Spare tire was at 20psi (should be 60psi). I added over a 1/2 gallon of w/w fluid. I'm not really sure when the last oil change was done. I'm sorry to be picky but I have high standards and whenever I work on a customers car I treat it as if it was my own and that's what I expect of a shop. As I said before overall a good experience dealing with Saville Ford.

Your sales representative, Kevin Breitkopf was very helpful, friendly and transparent. No pressuring to buy which made my decision to lease my third Ford Explorer easy. He went over everything in great detail and gave me and my wife confidence to sign on the dotted line. To be honest with you, I had patronized another Ford dealership. However after having a few unpleasant encounters with that dealership, I learned very quickly that Sayville Ford was the only dealership I could depend on for fare and accurate pricing and service, plus even walking through the sales floor I never felt uncomfortable or pressured. The atmosphere was always friendly and that goes a long way with me. I would definitely recommend Sayville to anyone who wants to buy any Ford vehicle especially the Explorer.
