Kevin was honest, friendly and showed a genuine interest in my comfort. He was sure to explain that if I decided to purchase a vehicle, he would personally handle every part of the transaction. It was so comforting to feel as though I had someone looking out for me, taking care of me and guiding me. This is a departure from many other dealerships and salesman. Kevin didn’t pressure me. He simply helped me. That was refreshing. In addition to Kevin, I also had the pleasure of getting to know Tiago the sales manager. There were a few requests that I had regarding my new vehicle and Tiago was the man who had to field such requests. Similar to my experience with my salesman, Tiago showed instant respect and kindness. He showed a genuine interest in making me happy. He accommodated my requests very quickly and I truly believe he went above and beyond his responsibility.
