We brought in our 2021 Explorer, that we purchased from another dealer for a possible issue with the transmission. Robert Giordano in the service department went above and beyond to help us. He was able to get us a loaner car on short notice since we only have 1 vehicle. He also explained exactly what the issue was with our vehicle when we picked it up. he treated us like we were part of the Sayville Ford Family

My service rep Robert Giordano was very helpful in getting my van in and dealing with the problems. Sayville ford service is top notch. I drive 45 minutes away because I trust there service department.
