I cannot say enough about this dealership. I have bought 6 or 7 cars in my life, but Luis stood out to me as the best salesman I have had so far. Luis helped me surprise my wife with a new Ford Explorer. The price he gave me beat the other dealerships I went to, the communication blew all others away but most importantly he helped me stage a surprise with the truck in the showroom with a bow on it. He acted along with me as if he had never met me until the time was perfect to tell my wife her truck was sitting with the bow on it. He had the entire sales force clap for her. After, he sat with us to show her and I all the features the truck had. He really knew the ins and out of the truck, it was impressive. I would absolutely buy from this dealership again and I would request Luis only the next time. Great place, they shoot straight and sell with honesty along with providing personal care as I saw with the help in the surprise.

The team at Sayville Ford was AMAZING today! Luis C greeted us when we walked up to the entrance, was professional, friendly and answered the 3 initial questions we had. From there, it was all uphill! Jim and Joe were also fantastic and helpful. Finally, Collin cleaned up the vehicle so nicely that I didn’t recognize it. This is the 13th vehicle I have owned, but my first FORD and first pickup truck. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family. Just picked up a custom order loaded F250, and all the stories I hear about hidden fees from places and marking up the MSRP, that was not the case with Sayville Ford. Specifically, Luis Calvo, who I worked with from start to finish; from when I ordered 5 months ago(truck came in earlier than expected). The interest rates are high now and he worked to find me to come close to matching the rate I got from a credit union. I couldn’t recommend Luis enough. I’ll go back to him for my next ride.
