I had the most pleasant and positive experience at Ford Sayville, New York. Kenya Augustin kept me informed every step all the way about the progress of my car. Kenya was my service representative with my Edge ST. She was very knowledgeable regarding the AWD malfunction error code and potential solutions to fix. Complete repair was done faster thank expected and the car is running great. Thanks Kenya!!!

The service was excellent and completed timely! All the team members were friendly and helpful! It was a pleasure to have my lift gate repaired and an oil change. I was not inconvenienced at all!
