I’ve had several engines replaced in my 2017 Ford Escape and many know it had been an issue but I have to say Sayville Fords Service Team including Connor,Stephen and today George as well as the service Manager are awesome. You guys didn’t just step up to the plate You went to bat for me with Ford and the insurance company. Sayville Ford you should be incredibly proud of your service Teams and your office staff who were also top notch. My situation was a bit unusual after having my engine replaced 3 times but your staff were so professional and hard working I had to complement them all. Thanks To you all

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my recent service experience from the greeting/valet to getting my car back 1.5hours after it was supposed to be done. Inspection, The works (oil change) and replacement of recall roof rack part. Big Shout out to George Van Glahn (Service Advisor) who was knowledgable, personable and professional. George went out of his way to pick up the slack of the valet staff who could not peel themselves from their phones. Sayville Ford is 1/2 hour from home so service needs to be worth the trip. George makes it worth it. I actually chuckled at the last opportunity the valet staff had for providing good customer experience. While staring at phone, jr told me he left the antenna he talk off to wash car in console in case I wanted to reattach it later. George is the man!
