These guys are Great. My Service manager was George, he's the best. A truly honest down to earth guy. Has integrity, is outright friendly and goes above and beyond call of duty. Bill worked on installing my new radio and did an amazing job. He is a master mechanic. Everyone there is so friendly. George who works the parts couter is extremely knowledgeable. What ever you need, he can get. Try them out, you won't be disappointed.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my recent service experience from the greeting/valet to getting my car back 1.5hours after it was supposed to be done. Inspection, The works (oil change) and replacement of recall roof rack part. Big Shout out to George Van Glahn (Service Advisor) who was knowledgable, personable and professional. George went out of his way to pick up the slack of the valet staff who could not peel themselves from their phones. Sayville Ford is 1/2 hour from home so service needs to be worth the trip. George makes it worth it. I actually chuckled at the last opportunity the valet staff had for providing good customer experience. While staring at phone, jr told me he left the antenna he talk off to wash car in console in case I wanted to reattach it later. George is the man!

We had scheduled appointments for two cars and they were done in about an hour or so. George V. Was very polite and attentive, definitely an asset to the company. It was one of the best dealerships I have visited. George, the service advisor, talked me thru the process. It was my first time at Sayville Ford, and he took his time showing me the ropes. George also explained what my service contract covered and what to expect on my next service. Overall, service was quick and professionally done.
