I just want to stand on my soap box and give Sayville Ford all the praise right now. We had multiple horrible experiences with Smithtown ford and my nerves couldn’t take it anymore. Full time working parents, two kids, I don’t need anymore drama. We heard great things about Sayville ford and gave them a call. They had a complimentary valet service to pick up AND drop off our car (the NICEST guy- shout out to Brandon- took care of that for us). Then Daisy and Diana worked with us though our service. All of the stuff that was neglected has been easily fixed. I am so grateful. ♥️

Hands down the best service you will find on Long Island. Diana M was a true professional and very friendly. Where other places just kept giving me the run around with many visits, they got straight to the point. Nick S the dispatcher even helped expedite my service knowing I was frustrated with the issues I was having with my Ford Transit.
Bought my Ford Ranger from Sayville Ford and although I was less than pleased with the sales experience, their service department is beyond reproach. My service representative was Diana M. Right from the beginning she made me feel welcome and valued. Their customer lounge is spotless. The complementary hot drink station and large screen TVs helped pass the wait time. In short, I wouldn't hesitate to bring my truck in to this facility.
Rob T. took great care of me and got me into the exact car I wanted with zero issues. Diana the service manager is amazing every time as well!
Woke up to a dead battery in my Ford Explorer called and talked to a service advisor named Diana M. Rarely can I say I get lucky but this service advisor most definitely took me by surprise with her Drive to go above and beyond for the customer. I told her I had to call AAA to get them to come jump me And without asking, she said she could have someone come out and replace the battery and had a mobile service install a new battery within three hours of our phone call. I wouldn’t believe it if I didn’t experience it myself thank you Diana. I used to use this dealer all the time for service but their selection of loaner cars is abysmal so as long as you don’t need a loaner, this is definitely an amazing dealership

I was very apprehensive about setting up my appointment for my Roush recall. It took me three years to make an appointment and I spoke to Diana Mentesana, who was so professional and efficient. She contacted Roush and obtained whatever information she needed in order to get the job done. When I arrived, I couldn’t believe how nice the entry into the service area was. Clean, organized and everyone was so nice! Diana met me at my car and coordinated with the service techs while i waited in her clean and comfortable office. She came in, we spoke a bit about my recall and then I waited in the service waiting area - modern with charging ports, seats appropriately spaced, TV monitors, side tables, and once again, VERY CLEAN. I met the Service Manager, Demetri - also a very nice guy who seemed to already know what I was in for. Obviously, this place is well-trained in keeping the staff communicating with each other. I loved that the Service offices were glass so that you can see what was going on around you while you wait. When my car was ready, Diana called me back into her office, we went over my receipt, and I was on my way. There was someone waiting for me at my car, helping me with anything that I had in my hands and once again, friendly as can be. I cannot say enough things about my experience here. I would absolutely return in a heartbeat!
