Tom was very friendly and patient. Damian explained every detail of the tech side of our car so thoroughly. Overall a great experience. The service department is also great - we love George! :)

I ordered the 2023 Maverick 8 mths ago with the help of salesman, Charlie Wilson. He was personable, patient and knowledgeable during the entire process. My new truck arrived this past week and Charlie called me immediately with the good news. I spent a total of 1.5 hours at Sayville Ford where I purchased and picked up my vehicle two days later. Charlie was so patient and helpful at that time; as well as Damian Young who spent time with me demonstrating the interior functions and options of the truck.
