The service department was so great. Had a steering torque problem which could have been very tricky but they were able to fix it. Connor in the service department was so great. I want to thank the tech who fixed it. Thanks!!!

I have been going to Sayville ford for years to purchase and service my vehicles. I have never worked with such an amazing service manager until Rob (and I’ve worked with several). My explorer had a factory defect that caused my car to be at the dealership for several months due to the lack of parts and the complexity of the issue. Rob always made sure I was informed of where they were at in the process and what was the next step and set a realistic timeline of when I can expect my truck back and even had it detailed for me. He is informative, polite, kind and always had a smile on his face which as a customer is so reassuring and a nice to see. I want to thank everybody that has helped me through this entire process: Connor the service manager was absolutely amazing when I first called expressing concern and he advised me to bring it in right away. Nick, the general manager has done so much to help me get my truck back, the mechanics that put in dozens of hours to fix my truck, as well as the lovely ladies at the desk that helped me with my loaner cars and any and all questions I’ve had along the way. I just cannot thank everyone enough. I would never bring my car elsewhere.
