The Good: Overall a decent experience with this dealership, Chris is a no pressure salesman and a pleasure to deal with. I had one issue with some stored DTC's and the service department took care of it while I waited. The not so good: Being totally honest here, tire pressures were not properly set, Spare tire was at 20psi (should be 60psi). I added over a 1/2 gallon of w/w fluid. I'm not really sure when the last oil change was done. I'm sorry to be picky but I have high standards and whenever I work on a customers car I treat it as if it was my own and that's what I expect of a shop. As I said before overall a good experience dealing with Saville Ford.

Just took home a Ford Explorer XLT that was sold to me by Chris Grossman. The process as a whole working with Sayville Ford was super easy and had many benefits for me (lifetime warranties, local service shop close to home, they pretty much did all the work setting it up). Chris was a great salesmen as he is super a laid back, genuine, nice young man. He didn’t try to intentionally upsell me on anything nor give off a cheesy crooked salesman type vibe. He listened to what I wanted and needed in price range and gave me the best options without me feeling like he was pressuring me. I work with the public myself and this is a very important skill he had. It built trust. With all that being said he was the most honest out of all the dealers I went to (4 others elsewhere) and i genuinely felt that which led me to my decision to make a deal with Sayville Ford. We were checking online for used Ford Edges, and happened to see that Sayville Ford had both the colors we wanted, low mileage, and by luck, we were approached by Ryan Devereux!
