I can not thank Rob T enough. He took time out of his day not one day, but two. He let me go through pretty much every car in the lot until I was comfortable with my decision. He was patient, and kind even when I had my toddler with me. Despite his manager Austin who was highly aggressive and pushy when all I wanted was to take my daughter home to return alone to do paperwork Rob kept his composure, apologized for someone else’s behavior, and still got the deal closed. He also set me up with Tom L who took fantastic care of me with everything finance related, and had me in my new car in no time!

Austin and Chris were awesome to work with and got me into the exact f250 spec I was looking for. The process was refreshing compared to other dealerships as they were patient, transparent, and knowledgeable. I continue to tell coworkers and friends to make the trip regardless of where they live, as their inventory was also the best on the island. (I have 2 dealerships closer to my house; grateful I stopped in Sayville.). This wasn't the easiest deal as I was getting out of a Lexus lease after 7 months, but they made it happen. highly recommend.

I just recently purchased a beautiful f150 & Ford of Sayville has made it so super easy for me.
