I just purchased my brand new Mustang convertible at Sayville Ford. This was an excellent car buying experience. No haggling, no “going to the manager to get a better price”, no bait and switch, etc.. The sales rep Declan was a complete professional. Even though the car took three months to be built and delivered, Declan called me a few times to give me updates. Once the car arrived at Sayville Ford, I showed up to sign some paperwork with Tom, their Finance Manager. Tom gave me a few options (60 months versus 72 months) and even recommended the proper payment terms. Damian then sat in my new car with me and set up all the electronic technology. Overall, this was an excellent car buying experience. I will definitely be buying my future vehicles from Sayville Ford.

I was told the price so we decided to move forward. The next part really has nothing to do with Kyle. My husband like everyone else wants to know the percentage Rate etc. 2 other managers came down to say that's not policy unless your buying today. The way my husband sees it is that doesn't fly so tom the finance manager told them to send him the numbers. My husband loves to deal with old school guys because they get it. Anyhow we basically have to just bring in a check. Now it's not a Dr's office so being they just need a signature and a check it should be quick. Just so you know it was 24 hours notice that we are picking up the new car. So the way my husband figures it. That if you know your customer is coming in a certain time the car should be sitting outside ready to go as opposed to waiting at least 20 minutes upon completion of a sale to hear its still being cleaned. Brand new car not much detailing. Don't waste people's time. If I didn't mention it before it was after our great experience with Kyle. The rest screw the pooch
